Why the need ...
We know how you feel. You work an intensive week on your clients site, and as you leave on a Friday you have a list of admin jobs that you need to do on Saturday or Sunday - if you are really unlucky you may have to run your payroll, do a VAT return and oh, let's not forget you need to get your invoice off. Ok, another weekend in front of the PC instead of spending time with the kids.
The solution
How much is your time worth? Maybe you invoice ten thousand a month? Well for about 1% of that, it all goes away. Let illuceo take the strain for you. Just drop all those receipts in an envelope and let us do the rest.
We will maintain a set of books on your behalf, and at the end of year prepare a full set of documentation that you can then submit to your accountant.
All you need to do is regularly send that envelope, and we will intermittently contact you via email to resolve queries, and advise you of bills and payments that you need to make.
What we do
We are categorically NOT an umbrella company. It's your company still, we just do the admin for you. This includes:
- Invoice preparation - send your timesheets, we do the rest
- Expense recording - send those receipts, we do the rest
- Monthly payroll - tell us how much you want to earn, we do the rest
- Bank reconciliation - send us your statements, we do the rest
- VAT returns - you do nothing, we do the rest
- End of year - we prepare your accounts, you send them to your accountant, they do the rest!
